This experiment is from the series of the spin rotation parameter measurements performed by the PNPIITEP collaboration during the last decade [1−5]. The main goal of this studies was to enrich the experimental data base of partial-wave analyses (PWA) with qualitatively new information on the spin rotation parameters, which have never been measured in the incident pion momentum interval under consideration.
